Before you pack it up and send it in for replacement.
1. Did the fan’s LED light shine brightly before you unplugged it during charging? Note: the fan will not operate while plugged in.
2. Were you patient after you clicked the On button only once? Thinking that it doesn’t work – don’t click twice thus turning it on then off. Note: it takes a second before the battery starts the fan. Also, holding the button down can confuse the fan into thinking you want the flash-light mode.
3. If the fan behaves weird – holding the button down to activate the flashlight – also “resets” the fan’s circuit board.
4. Did you try freeing the fan blade by using a Q tip ? The fan blade is easy to remove for cleaning (after you remove the back grill cover) – It is also easy to press back on into place on the motor. Please watch our “How To Cleaning” Video.
